Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how refunds are issued on VividSub. By using the platform you agree to these terms together with our Terms of Service.
Subscription refunds
Elite contractor and Pro poster subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Job boosts and sealed bid unlocks
Non-refundable once the boost or bid window has started.
Secure payment refunds
Secure payment funds are released according to the job completion process outlined in our Terms of Service. Disputes are handled through our dispute resolution process.
Founding member rates
Locked-in rates are maintained as long as the subscription remains active.
Requesting a refund review
Contact support@vividsub.com within 7 days of a charge.
